Munish founded Valkrest with a vision to be a trusted advisor for clients, with the relentless pursuit to help clients unlock value and realize long-term financial success. He has been providing financial advisory services and valuations advice to clients across diverse industries for over 25 years. He has hands-on experience of working with clients in more than 30 countries across 6 continents, performing research, developing strategies and providing innovative advice. Having lived and worked in over 8 different countries, Munish is well positioned to work across cultural and geographical boundaries.
Prior to founding Valkrest, Munish was a Financial Advisory Partner with Deloitte in Canada and in the Middle East; where he also led the firm’s tangible asset valuations practice for the region. Before Deloitte, he worked as a Vice President with EY’s Valuation & Modeling teams in Canada and in South Africa.
He has facilitated various training workshops and technical courses organized by the CICBV. He has spoken on technical topics at valuation seminars in Canada and across the ME region (UAE, KSA, Bahrain and Qatar).
Outside of work, Munish enjoys time with family and friends exploring new places and taking on new activities. Being an immigrant himself, Munish is driven to help the integration of skilled immigrants into the Canadian workplace. He actively volunteers with organizations that work with immigrant professionals, supports immigrant entrepreneurs, and has led diversity and inclusion councils in his past roles.

Vineet is a Director and leads our complex financial instrument valuation practice. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in valuation of complex financial instruments using complex models, including Monte Carlo simulation, code-based solutions or the option pricing model.
Vineet is a leading industry expert in the area of credit risk modelling and has been a consultant to leading credit insurance provider in the UK. He has published in the areas of credit risk modelling, asset pricing, and market efficiency in leading international academic journals. HIs background in quantitative finance, mathematics and coding provides specialized capabilities to our team to meet the needs of our clients in these complex valuation matters.
Vineet is also a Reader at Cranfield University in their highly acclaimed Business School. He has been teaching Valuation and Financial Modelling on the Finance Masters programme for several years.

Gupta
Analyst
Palak is an Analyst in our valuations team with a wealth of financial knowledge and business modelling experience.
Prior to joining Valkrest, she worked with a consulting firm where she was involved in providing consulting, advisory and underwriting services to the commercial real estate industry.
Palak holds a B.A. Honours degree in Economics from University of Delhi and masters degree in Financial Economics from Pune.

Naaznin brings over 15 years experience of working closely with mining companies providing financial advisory, quality control and data management services.
Naaznin has a bachelors of science in Geology and Statistics, as well as a masters in Geology from top universities in India and Canada.
Naaz is the in-house subject matter expert on mining related matters; amongst others.
